I am quiet confused those days. I don´t know those guides are really guides or just some entities want to have fun with me? I try to figure it out with my insinct but I feel I am in a  kind of jungle.  

Another day  my soul told me we go to BV, than I went up, started to breath very slowly, almost no breath, I went into something like a mist. Than  started to blow air slowly out of my mouth. I taught what is this?  It looked like 2 years ago when that spirit channeled into my body. So I stopped, came down again to check what it was. I talked  about what happened to those “guides” around me. They talked to me on the way like: you it up…. That blowing air was an exercise. You was in the veil but didn´t go true. It takes more time to get true. They said one of them channeled in my body to teach me to never do this because some spirit could channel into my body during my state outthere and could be very dangerous for me. It was a kind of lesson to learn to never do this.

Now I stopped to talk to those guides for 3 days to see the difference.

Diana, would you say this makes sense? Would a guide do this? Or telling you they are ET just to confuse you more?

My instinct tells me I am fine, but now I am really confused with who am I communicating. Could spiritual guides or even  Et talk  on  such an raugh langage?

Keep working.  You went somewhere else.  If you have your protection intact, then nothing is going to channel through you unless you allow it in.

I am talking true my soul more and more.  My soul tells me that there are some entities around me who want to mislead me, make jokes with me, but I can learn to recognize the difference . You are still in fear mode.  If you were not fearful, you would not have any questions about entities following you or talking to you.  You need to tell them to get lost, stop listening to them, and learn to trust your instincts.  This is something I cannot do for you.  You have to do it yourself.  You are perfectly able to put the shield up and maintain it.  You are letting your mind//ego tell you these things.   This is part of the process you must work through.

Just keep working on it and be patient.  Patience is the major part of this work.

I feel more peace now. How can I know what is my instinct? When some entity talks to me and I found out that is lying I send it away. But the Ob. shield don't block them to talk with me, is that right?

In fact I wouldn't feel  any fear if my soul wouldn't tell me that I have to leave Spain  soon due to an mega tsunami is coming because of  huge moving of plates in Africa. Than I could feel pitty if my son would die. I am asking my instinct to get a feedback on that information.

Diana, when I feel my instinct is that a feeling in my body? If is true my body would stay relaxed  and when is something not true than my balley would get a cramp?

I know that I can't make you responsible for my decisions but I have to know what is the best way to communicate with my instinct.

My soul also tells me that I have a choice, stay or leave. If I stay here where I am now, I will go to the other dimension witch is waiting on me and everything will be fine. But if I go to the north I could do a lot of good helping people in difficult times witch are coming.

Your instinct is what you know to be true.  You trust it without question.

You are indicating that you don't trust your instincts or your protection.  That is coming from fear that is seated in your mind/ego.  I cannot tell you how to stop that.  That is part of the process of climbing out of the fear box.

You continue to tell me about the same things which means that you aren't making progress in getting rid of these fears.  You just have to find the courage to say no to your mind/ego.

This is not going to happen for you quickly.  It is going to take you a good while to accomplish this.

Please continue to slowly work of this because I believe you can overcome it.

It is OK to tell them that you can't talk to them all the time.  I have the ability to turn it off when I need to and you really need to develop that ability.  They aren't going to abandon you, they will understand.  If you have too much sensory input coming in you won't be able to have the quiet time to make your decisions…and you need to have that.  Otherwise, it will become a confusing and jumbled mess.

I am going to be a hard arse here and not tell you what I see.  You don't need validation from me to know what is right for you. You have to go through this period of growth and learning on your own.  Otherwise, you are dependent on what others tell you, which may or may not be what you need now.

You are doing fine.  I am proud of you.
