I did that on the first page.  Humans had no part in the Earth's ascension.  That is something that she has done without the help of anyone or anything.  You have to remember that She is so much older and wiser than Humans.  She is so far ahead of us.  That is where the mind/ego work is needed.  Humans have to understand that they are not “top Dog” with regard to this event…the Earth is.

She chose when She felt it was time for Her to ascend and did it.  She then made Her ascended self available to all species to ascend with Her when they have the ability to do so.

You will not be able to ascend unless you have the abilities that I talked about in the audios.  People want to get there fast, but this is an exercise in patience and hard work.  

Having the ability to enter an altered state of consciousness, form neutral intent, and open portals is critical to joining Her.  If one is unable to do those things, then they will not get there.  The more practice one does with these, the farther they are along on the process of ascension.

What I find interesting is that everyone seemed to jump over several of the most important steps.  They shouldn't have. There are no posts in those threads with questions.

The vibration work alone takes a good amount of time.

You don't have to meditate.  I don't meditate, never had.  People try and tell me I am meditating and I am not.  Drives me nuts.

All you have to do is to be able to enter an altered state of consciousness.  Actually, if you watch that video on the home page, it will put you well on your way to entering an altered state.  

Tomorrow I am going to post about some ways one can use to enter an altered state.  I will post that in the thread on altered states as it belongs there.
