LEARNING TO ENTER AN ALTERED STATE OF CONSCIOUSNESS USING A SELF-MADE DECK OF ANIMAL SPIRIT CARDS

Some of you are having problems learning to enter an altered state of consciousness and holding it.

I am posting this set of exercises because if you do them as instructed, you will learn to enter and hold an altered stated of consciousness.  This does work.  I have taught hundreds of people how to do it using this method.

If you decide to do this set of exercises, you will need to register (if you haven’t already done so) on the forum so I have a consistent means to talk to you that is easy for me to keep track of.

I am going to work with EACH of you individually to learn to do this.  Therefore, it is going to be necessary that I be able to converse with you via the forum.  This is not a group exercise.

Please make a thread with your handle on it and post only to that folder.  It will serve to be your personal journey.  Please do not comment on or in another person’s thread.

All of you are at different places in your ability to do this.  Do not let your mind/ego control these lessons. Everyone will eventually be able to complete this exercise.

It requires quite a few steps.

This series of lessons is go at your own pace, individualized for you depending on your posts, and of course free.  You do not have to post everyday.  Do it as you can.

=============================================================

It is very important that this deck NOT be used by anyone else to do readings.

We strongly suggest that you make the deck yourself so your energy is tied to it. We are posting instructions on how to make your own deck using an ordinary 52-card deck. Diana/Animalspirits uses a handmade deck to do all the forum readings.

The next post will explain how to make your deck.

We know a well-known Native American that we know does readings using a deck of playing cards.

Please sign up for the lessons and give the following information in the first post:

  1. Whether you can talk to the animals easily.
  2.  Whether you have any experience or have tried to do readings….and if so, how long you have been doing them.

There will be 3 other posts following this one.  Please read them, but do not move to the next phases until I tell you it is time.

The next post will be Part One.

Above all have fun with this.  Don't make it hard. Laugh

POST ONE:

MAKING YOUR DECK

Make your deck using a deck of 52 playing cards.  It is suggested that you buy two decks, as you, more than likely, will wind up with more than 52 animals.

Let each animal come to you.  Write its name on the face (not the back) of the card.  It is not necessary that you have a picture of the animal on the card.  Just the name will suffice.

Animals will come in all ways.  You will see them in the wild.  You will see them on TV, in movies, even on Tee shirts, sports team mascots.  There is an almost infinite way they will show themselves to you.

Allow this deck to make itself in the time it needs to do so.  You are putting your energy into the deck so do not have other people in the same room with you when you are doing this.

Post Two:

As with all spiritual work, you much have patience, faith, and trust in these lessons… more so than any other lesson taught on this forum.

As with all the other lessons, these are individualized, go at your own speed, and free. There is no pressure to do them everyday.

These lessons are designed to teach you to see the patterns that are within the cards as they are drawn. They are not designed to teach you to tell people what to do in relationships, how to walk their paths, etc.

They will, however, tell the person what they need to know at the time you do the reading.

It will take a while to get comfortable doing them. The more you do, the better you get doing them. You will find that the meanings of each card will change and ultimately become very focused.

It is suggested that you not do more than one reading per day. The more patience you have, the greater your knowledge will be.

**In addition to the deck, you will need a journal/notebook to keep notes in. Make sure it is NOT used for anything else.

Once you have your deck and notebook, you are ready to begin.

STEP ONE:

  1. You need to be in a quiet place (room) with no other human in there with you.
  2. Blow on the deck.
  3. Shuffle the deck.
  4. Blow on the deck again.
  5. Draw TWO cards. You can draw them from the top of the deck. You can spread the deck out and draw randomly. However you choose to draw them, draw them the same way each time. Trust your instincts on this.

STEP TWO:

Try using one teaching/word for each animal.

For me Crow = ethics; Woodpecker = cycles; Clouded Leopard = family secrets.

Whenever i turn over a Crow card, i know it is ethical in nature.

Do this with your deck. Enter the meaning with the animal in your journal. You will find that the meaning may shift/change as you are learning (but probably only slightly). That is why it is very important to learn with the deck you will keep using. Each time you turn up that card, use the meaning in your journal.

The most important thing to is not over analyze the meaning. The animals speak remarkably simply…..in a few words. This is a lot like your hearing message lessons.

Also, you will learn to trust what you are told….over time. Keep another list of your readings, but don't refer to them for a bit. Just write what they are.

Draw two cards. Ask the animal for the meaning.

Don't look anything up…not even on our site.

Write the animal and the teaching in your journal. We suggest that you put a blank line between each animal in case you need to add something to that animal.

List the animal and the teaching/meaning back to your thread.

Do this one by one until you have done it for each animal in your deck.

Do this patiently because this deck is going to be yours forever to do your readings with.  There is no right or wrong way to do it…just your way.

Write the animal and the teaching in your journal. We suggest that you leave about half a page for additional comments by each animal as they come.

List the animal and the teaching/meaning back to your thread.

WHEN YOU ARE READY TO START POSTING, PM ME AND I WILL CREATE YOUR THREAD FOR YOU.
