Diana has said many times that one cannot go beyond vibration while in fear mode. Here is a good illustration of that truth:
This was my second time going through the veil to beyond vibration. The first trip lasted but a few seconds but long enough for me to know that I was indeed there. This time I had more confidence and perhaps more expectations, too. I stepped through the veil and felt nervous all of a sudden. Immediately, another portal opened, I was on a ship in the ocean. I steered the ship but at the same time was underdeck being covered in water. I knew I was in an altered state and still was afraid of drowning. One of my greatest physical fears is to not be able to breathe. I'm a good swimmer but being stuck underwater, Titanic style, or being buried alive and suffocating, those are terrifying situations to me. So sure enough, I'm stuck in a cabin and the water is rising above me. Then in the last minute I'm thrown out of the ship and now can swim ashore, frantically, because I worry that the sinking ship will suck me under.
I get to the shore, exhausted, and Coyote is there laughing at me.

DP,
I always say with regard to Coyote, be very careful what you wish for because he is going to give it to you and then watch you try and handle it.
You didn't get above vibration for any period of time before he threw you back out and made you confront your fears. Conquer those and you will be fine.
Another box to get out of.
I went above vibration and swam with the Whales…all while underwater, but I am not afraid of doing that because in that place nothing bad happens. It is true ascension.
