Hi D,
I can post here no problem. Maybe my card lessons folder will need to be recreated. Thanks!

Wasn't sure where to post this question, so picked this topic 😉
We are in the middle of mercury retrograde once again, and I am definitely experiencing effects, as are my business, home environment and electronics
.
My question is this: Is the soul immune to these energetic influences, ie is it purely a physical 3D phenomenon?
Another way to put this: Do you personally find astrological (and other) influences affect your own journeying?
This also brings up the comment you made to me some time ago about energy centers being all about mind/ego (i.e chakras etc). Perhaps you could clarify that a bit, as I am struggling with mind/bod/ego being in the same box as energetic sensations and feelings and totally distinct from the soul.
Perhaps this is more of my mind/ego fighting for it's corner, but I really have trouble divorcing energetic 'work' from soul 'work', especially as the shifting of focus from physical experiences to energetic experiences seems to be helping me so much with the process I am learning from you.
Thanks

Diana,
I have listened to your concepts in order and have a few questions/ comments. When you reference the physical/spiritual aspects of our lives are you talking about recognizing intuition and acting on it? I find that I do this much more. When I don't pay attention to that nagging voice that says watch out or animal signs, I realize later that there was a message or warning and I should pay more attention. Should I be so attuned that I don't ignore my intuition any more before I begin facing my fears? As far as fears go, where do I start? I am old enough to have accumulated quite a bit of baggage, but think I am ready now. Interesting, my husband has no interest in these sorts of things, but stated not too long ago that he had decided that we should no longer live in fear of what may or may not happen ( mostly referring to job security and some other subjects). He said we should just do our best, help our family and friends and “cross that bridge when we come to it”. I must admit that his attitude has helped with facing some of my fears and letting go somewhat. Is this a start? If not what is?
Thanks for your insights,
KL
PS: I am new to posting here and posted a blank post my mistake earlier. Sorry for that.

KL,
First of all…welcome to the forum. It usually doesn't take long to get answers to questions, but I have been having an ongoing health problems which I am going to do a separate post about after I finish all the questions.
The soul doesn't respond to the energetic problems of the physical body that retrogrades, etc. cause. However, if one can't separate the physical and soul then they will bleed over thereby causing some disturbance with the soul work. The trick is to block the physical part from affecting the soul part. This takes some practice and a lot of patience. Once you climb out of the mind/ego box, it is much easier to recognize. That is why I have emphasized getting out of those boxes so strongly.
You will find that the physical/energetic aspects of self also have feelings, etc. but they have a different “feel” (for lack of a better word) from the ones that come from the soul as intuition. The intuitive ones come very quickly and once you realize that they have not been slowed down by movement through the mind/ego/energetic part of yourself, it becomes quite easy to tell them apart.
The mind/ego is going to fight you tooth and nail to not give up its control and, I believe, that this one aspect is probably the hardest to conquer…which is why so many people abandon their attempt to do it. They come to a point where they just don't feel they can ever get past it, but they can. When they reach that point it is the mind/ego that tells them they will fail. If you persist, you will succeed. This ability is not meant to be easy. It is meant to be difficult. It takes a certain amount of soul maturity to even realize that you are a the point where you can do this.
Moving from physical to energetic is good as it means you have moved. Once you are able to do that, then keep on going from energetic to soul. You do it the same way. I would advise that you move from mind/ego to energetic and then move from energetic to soul. Do it in two steps. It will be so much more easy for you.
Let me know if I answered you questions in a way that you needed them answered. If not, let me know what you need clarified and I will give it another try.
Questions are always welcome here.

KL,
You should be able to delete a post you posted. If not and I see it, I will delete it. No worries there.
Kudos to your husband for doing what he told you the two of you should do. That in itself is going to really help you because worrying about the future takes away from the amount of energy you have to live in the present. The future is never written in stone (with a few exceptions such as the changes we are going to encounter as a species).
…and kudos to you for realizing that you need to pay attention to your intuition and the animal messages. That is a HUGE start to being able to let go of fear. As you gain more faith in your intuition and messages, you are going to find that the fears begin to fall away as you now have help in dealing with them.
It is not realistic to not have a worry arise in your physical world. The trick is to deal with it when it first comes up. That way you have not added another bag to drag behind you. For instance, if your house is going to flood, it is not realistic to not have fear arise concerning that. This type of fear is not permanent, but will resolve itself one way or the other rather quickly.
You are also going to find that as your rely on your intuition more that you rely on your mind/ego less and soon it becomes second nature to you. That occurs over time as you build a library of experiences gained through intuition. This takes time and patience. I can't emphasize patience of path enough. You have to be willing to let things occur at the time they should or you risk the possibility that you have pushed the endpoint without having all the information you needed to make the decision correctly.
As for letting go of all that old baggage, do it one bag/box at a time. Don't try and let go of everything at once or you will get overload and everything will go to hell. LOL. I learned that one from experience.
You want to begin to let go of the old fears that you have been dragging behind you for years. As you let go of these, you will find that it lightens your step and you are better able to deal with fear issues as they come up and you won't put them in a box. Having to deal with a fear is fine. The trick is to not put it in a box where it festers. That is a learned behavior that everyone should be taught as a child. Deal with it, act on it as you need, and drop the baggage.
…and remember keep being aware of your intuition and messages.
Let me know if I answered all your questions. I am happy to do more if you have more questions.

Diana,
Thanks for your response. I suspected that addressing fears would be a slow process. I'll see how it goes. Thought I'd share an animal encounter with you. In early spring while at a stop light I saw a Bradford pear tree in full blossom. The tree was snow white and filled with crows. The contrast of the white blossoms and black birds was striking. I rolled my window down and could hear the racket the birds were making and remembered that when my son was about 3 years old he used to call crows the danger birds. I had read him a book that said that crows cry out to other birds when something dangerous is near. I smiled at the memory and proceeded down the road to exit onto the interstate. The exit was long and curving and it was difficult to see what was far ahead. Suddenly the car ahead of me swerved and stopped because the car in front of him had stopped completely in the middle of the road. I barely had time to swerve out of the way. Don't know if crows warn humans of potential danger, but I felt there was a connection between the “danger birds” cries and the car incident. Any thoughts about this?

KL,
Absolutely, Crows will warn humans of danger. Also, I suspect that you may have Crow as one of your lifelong animal spirits because they warned you…and probably will do so in the future. They are powerful animal spirits and highly intelligent.
As an FYI, Unicorn loves to meet humans under blooming fruit trees…so the next time you see a tree in bloom, see if you see a Unicorn under it. It will probably appear on the edge of your vision field unless you are adept at seeing animals in spirit form. Unicorn teaches a very interesting and important teaching: When you send out any energy stream (healing, prayer, etc.) , send it as a pulse with tiny spaces between the pulses. That way nothing can ride the stream back to you and it doesn't affect what you have sent out. All energy streams are like two-way streets in that they go in both directions. It is very important that those doing healing work understand this as they sometimes wonder why they get negative things after they do healings. Most don't even understand this which is why I am not in favor of people trying to do healing work willy nilly.
Orca protects me when I am driving a car. I see a pod of them surrounding my car as I am driving. One day I was driving with a friend and a car pulled out that would have hit where my friend was sitting. The woman hit the brakes, but she still would have hit my car. The whole car just moved about four feet to the left and we didn't get hit. He asked me, “How the hell did you do that? How did you know she was going to hit us?” I grinned and said, “Oh, I didn't…it was the Orcas. They moved the whole car.” He looked at me like I was crazy. I just laughed and said “There is no way that I have reflexes that fast.” It was funny.
You have to love those animal spirits.
Just work on those fears one at a time…you are doing fine.

That was a very cool post with a lot of different interesting parts. Thanks for that. My mother is trying very hard to grow some fruit trees behind the house. (Though the dry weather is making things difficult) Do unicorns still like flowering trees that are in town?
Dax,
Thanks.
They don't care if they are growing upside down. LOL. Any blooming fruit tree, no matter where it is located.
I had a friend that had her pear tree bloom in the middle of January…and lo and behold there was a Unicorn sitting under it…so you can never tell.

Yes, very cool information D. Thanks. I'll be passing that on to one or two body workers.
PS. Yep, I'm still here, watching and sometimes practicing 😉
Hey Roger!

I thought we had lost you.
wuvs,

Oh no, I'm like the chewing gum you get stuck to your foot, very hard to shake off once I'm attached 😉
Now I know why I planted 20 fruit trees in the garden the past couple of years. Next spring will be fun 🙂
