We are more tuned to the top of the waves then the lows. My body is remarkably changed since my shifting, much bigger, stronger..I was worn down to a frazzle waiting for this.

It is a transformation, out with the old and in with the new..Speaking the truth from the Higher Heart ..Many of the stones played/worked with me, grounding me, anchoring me to this Earth..are quiet now for me..But they speak loudly to those in need. Some discharge with a jolt, others ease the heart.Like the rough raw found possibly ruby stone that calmed my heart during my shifting.

So we got just the one and for me it really clear up my cmplexion when I wore it..But how often do I look in the mirror and it seemed a trivial thing to share with Peridot..So I put her aside and waited until the need was greater. And it was very great by the time she found her home.

After the loss of her lifetime mate her heath was  failing, she was running down and struggling thru her days in pain. Cynthia has grown  very close to our hearts, so her despair was felt in our hearts.

I sent one of my biggest double terminated clear crystals to try and her boy relaxed and she found rest.Next we tried many different stones to get her energy flowing..Without her mate and grieving she was simply fading away. Finally I found myself asking which color she loved..And it was Green..And so was my Mother's and also B's Mother had Green eyes. 

So off went the Peridot with Cynthia and when her Mother saw it her eyes lite up and they fell in love.

As soon and as long as that necklace is around her neck so can turn it without pain, where as before she had difficulty driving.She can comfortably turn to see in all the mirrors.24/7 she wears it I am told,we have never met nor spoken,though we are invited for their family gatherings..She tried to pay us for it and we gave it as a gift. So far I am fine.  Have yard work to try and do today…so we shall see.

An interesting thing about the stones in my home is that they all seem to disappear from the view of others visiting my home.  No one ever says a word about them.  It is as if they just are not there for anyone except me.  I know they are there, but no one else seems to pay attention to them.  It is very interesting.

Of course, if they are no longer vibrating even to others that might explain why the others don't see them.

Are you including me in the group that formed the stones, or are you referring to yourself, B, and others that live near you?  Just curious as I have had some of these stones for over 25 years.  Some are natural (as they came out of the Earth) and some are not.  

I have a remarkable fairly large round rainbow Obsidian Skee Ball that no one seems to see.  It is the most powerful stone that lives with me (it is also the least noticed by others), but seems to have chosen to remain unseen and quiet for a very long time. It is one of the stones that no longer vibrates.  I found this description of it online and it does seem to be correct as I have witnessed over the years:

Rainbow Obsidian is black obsidian that, when polished and exposed to a strong light, shows bands of rainbow colors.

Rainbow obsidian is said to be the stone used by Nostradamus to foresee future events.

Rainbow obsidian is particularly powerful in meditation to dissolve shock, fear or barriers. It expands your consciousness, sharpens the senses and can help you delve deep into mysterious phenomena and experiences.

I also have a reticulated quartz crystal ball that has exceptional knowledge.

Most of my stones I have had from many, many years.  Most of them came to me in a span of one year.  I picked each one up and asked if it wanted to come to live with me.  They are the ones that said “yes”…I don't remember a single one ever saying no.  I would run my hand over them to feel the vibration they were emitting and then pick the ones up that told me to.

I have stones that I don't even know what they are as they do not know what humans have chosen to name them.  We work together based on what they tell me…which is how it should be, I guess.

I have a lot of Obsidian…black, snowflake, the rainbow skee ball, mahogany, and clear green.  I also have a ceremonial hand-napped black Obsidian knife with a shed Deer antler handle.  I got it many years ago when I was delving into Native beliefs.  It is both a thing of beauty and awesome power.

My Amethyst is shaped like a pyramid.  That is one that has stopped vibrating also.  In is fairly good sized (about  3 inches per side at the base).

They all seem to help when I need them, even though I do not ask them to.  Is this what happens to you or do you have to specifically ask each one for help?  They have their own agenda with regard to helping me when it is time for each to do so.

OH,Happy Birthday to me!!Today I am 56yrs old and much better then I ever was. And like your stones go unnoticed except by those in need. Here in this area within range of Mt.Shasta and Mt.Lassed

Joe has a vast collection and very personal calling to be with the stones. I have seen him go right to a hunk of quartz in downtown Redding. I think they come to the surface for him everywhere he goes.No Fire Dragon, but he was born on the side of Mt.Shasta, in the town of Mt.Shasta right after a small quake. And I was born and raised under the watchful eye of Mt.Lassen, and still within sight of Mt.Shasta. The little town I was raised in, is in the Valley at the edge of the foothills. Very different energy..Volcano threads seem to tie us together. So many threads from so many connections weave us all together. How close you are to us with the stone creation..I am not sure.

Considering how tuned you are to the stones, I personally suspect it is rather close.

All of this area around Mt.Lassen has Obsidian,lava and pumice in different concentrations and combinations they are everywhere on the surface of the ground and deep below. Mt.Lassen blew around 1920. On this property alone the duff/old stuff from the trees and plants create at least 6 new inches of dirt every yr.

Amethyst is also commonly found closer to Mt.Lassen. On our yard Sale adventures we see all of these stones and many more in yards,on porches,tucked into flower beds. All these and more we see around town set in concrete around memorial sites,around a 30 ft or more locally carved totem pole, at the Locally created Independent Library.

And at a New to me local store, A Trading Post, I found arogonite,smokey elestrial and clusters of clear quartz offered. And the wonderfully Happy Hans running this store is not that dour Mechanic I had avoided, he never seemed to see me before. So I traded some moccasins and stones for a big mirror in a fair trade.

Cynthia never knew the old Hans, only the happy one. I knew him from family drama with B's daughter when she lived up here.Endless car repairs and rescues, always running out of gas..hmm. She is stuck in Redding now and trying to get up to Ashland,Oregon. Joe is near Mt.Shasta and building up strength and stamina.

Very few folks can find our front gate, let along get to the door and get invited in. And it is right there next to the rd in plain sight. Typically new visitors circle the area a few times, a couple had to be lead in from Shingletown. Most of the time there is no cell phone reception. Cynthia's cheap phone always works for her.

Very curious happenings here.I think this is a gathering place for those closely connected to come work/play with the stones. At this point I am finding some very receptive people in my life, or ones that don't notice me at all..But focus on B intently,,which she doesn't like.

Our Amethyst clusters have became very deep purple and some are changing to Ametrine. Many stones seem to be blending.I am seeing stones I have never seen before in our collection.

Lots turning up while we are re-arranging the house for the winter and visitors coming. Our white chalcedonies, we bought it on sale for almost the shipping cost from Healing Crystals. Some are turning pink/purple and some blue. My rainbow obsidian sphere,pocket sized,has white openings.

My once clear, rose quartz wand has white clouds with rainbows and is growing a new facet. B insisted we get this one,but it has stayed asleep until now. I checked it the other day after our friends Lee and Karen told us the one they have is growing a new facet. Did you know the clear crystals get cloudy first? Before they heal/grow/shift.

I did most of the Vibrating around here previously, the stones smoothed my energy..But grew/shifted instead of Vibrated.

Now I only vibrate a little in the feet,sometimes. Mostly I notice my crown vibrating/fluttering these days..It is the Lepidolite/pink tourmaline stones that never reacted to me that are Vibrating when I connect to those who are opening their Hearts.

I had such energy around my heart,such a heavy pressure. Thats when turned to the stone..I laid hands on that rock,we had felt to move it where it stabilized the energy, so it was right there for me.. I wished that no one else would have to feel it such pain and sent out that Love to everyone.Everyone, everywhere in all time. And got the thought we could all hold hands if we would hold a rock.

We paid $8 for a tiny piece of Selenite and $7.00 for a nice hunky carved Fuorite tipped Selenite Wand,,Today I see it is $8,50,,Check out Phelham-Grayson,,think you will be very happy. Fluorite is excellent for working deep pressure points,feel the pressure,,but no pain..And you will not pick up the static cling from working on folk

I am German,Irish(Great Grandfather O'roark),Russian(cannot pronounce nor spell Great Grandmother's name),Scotch,Holland Dutch,Polish,French and little English..And look Native.

Just for fun!! Take stones of all one color,all piled together close..And then take tiny polished stones of different colors and drop them on the pile..When the energies are intense,,they will polarize and repel the tiny stones of dis-similar colors/vibration…and skitter off.

Also if you put similar texture and color together they will stick. You will feel and see them lock together.

I play with the hundreds of lava rocks on our property this way sometimes,,making little walls,making circles around trees where we transplant wild flowers,smoothing the wobbly areas on this property.

Could I ask about your quartz and light bulb experience? Sounds like you might have powerful hand chakras. Have you ever been told that you have a healing touch, or a calming presence?

Ah, for extreme pain,like the degenerating discs I was labeled with, An Abalone shell placed on the painful area provides a calm soothing bubble.

Arogonite does the same, same mineral composition as an Abalone shell. Michael Gienger's book CRYSTAL POWER, CRYSTAL HEALING The Complete Handbook,,explains it from the view point of a CHEMIST who became Which makes sense to me returns a calming balance to chakra areas that are developing too fast for comfort..

When the stones and crystals want to work with us,,we fall in love with them..The Ray/Color our energy bodies most need will call us with BEAUTY..

I look for what I have come to call the YUM YUM response…When the eyes soak up the color..Like how it feels to see the green of Spring or the colors of Fall. How it feels to be in the body and see a sunset,or sunrise,or a Blue sky after a month of gray gloom. Our energy bodies crave the colors for healing/restructuring.

And even the colors of cloth that we wear can affect us strongly when we are in the greatest need and sensitivity. When I was most shifty I kept changing clothes,,the textures, the weave,colors..all affected me.

IT worked this way..DEEP PURPLE BLACKBERRY PIE,,what a charge..yummmm

Purple for sleeping, turquoise for communication/especially helpful when moving thru the World,,shopping..etc..

White for overall body neutral & ESPECIALLY Calming for /Base Chakra,calming,but doesn't build energy,,,,,There is a reason we like our white cotton underwear and fall asleep with our base chakras exposed to white porcelain,,hehehe.

PINK made me overheat, and about this time I found among our books a few books on The Rays..direct from Ascended Masters that hang around Mt.Shasta,Mt.Lassen and other sacred places,,waiting for us to show up..

This big pink Lepidolite rock sitting on the kitchen is working with me on heart chakras.

We have stones and crystal everywhere set out as we are moving the furniture.

Orange for clearing/especially 3rd Chakra and my favorite stone for a CHURNING 3rd Chakra that makes me wanna heave,,ughh,,is a little Carnelian tucked in my belly button.Quick fix and short term relief is a warm wet Orange washcloth,…It was a blessing to find Carnelians by the LB,,I have lost many in the woods around here,spread them around thru the local shopping markets.Just the thought of going off my property grabs me by the gut,,99.9% of the time.

Black to Contain/AND ABSORB,,like a vampire?? Like my little black dogger Kissie who is a little static energy sponge,parks herself on anyone's chakra is overactive..She is my little Shaman Dog,,always black…,She franticly licks anyone near with stuck energy,,and Gets FAT off of them…Fills out like a sausage and  overheats..Kissie will jump into any running water,,kinda extreme for a 8 lb 6″tall by a ft long Pekapoo.

The first time she leaped, she was a tiny 3 months old hairball. Just leaped off a friend's waterfall into their fishpond, a good 12 ft..We later realized this beloved friend had a lot of baggage…

Kissie will sit in full sun to soak it up . Our other fur sister is Shelby who is mostly white and gray can only handle a little sun before she has to soak her feet and legs in a bucket of cold water.

Before I grounded I melted down wearing Black.

WHEN ungrounded I tend to overheat more. And am happy to be able to wear my black or whatever else I want these days.

And i am looking forward to being able to build some muscle mass around my energy pattern,,which means I have to ground to become denser in my lower chakra..And become an even better ground for the cosmic energies..and instead of becoming heavier as I tune to the earth I feel the Ley Lines glide with the flow.

Red is energizing..from the base chakra..an overwhelming color for Kundalini rising, at least for me..And inflamation is energized with Red…I still don't wear it,too hot.

And I seem to be, and I cautiously state,,seldom overheating this last wk..Maybe I can wear my red sweaters this winter!!

I can feel my body adjusting,rearranging,,,EVEN AS we are re-aranging all the furniture and balancing the energy in our living space….

Which is not a light weight task,,B loves the big heavy wooden furniture. That along with moving wood into the house for the fire is working those muscles around my cramped Heart Chakra,,stretching and expanding the very physical nature of my being to fit a Larger more closely woven light Body.

We are Light Bodies, a matrix electrical pattern distinct as individuals in as much as we have worked with self awareness and expression of Unconditional Love thru Multiple lives in this Earth Game. All those Lives are right here and right now ,,connected in the thought vibration of Unconditional love.

In an Attitude of Gratitude we open at the Crown to receive this Unconditional Cosmic Love, Blue,Purple and Indigo are the Rays now coming in. And our World is Transformed.

Back to Earth,,and getting our sPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL MUSCLES IN TUNE  so we can all sing together;;..

All that physically and happily expressed energy builds muscles, literally grounds the Spiritual into the Physical.. We are Spiritual Beings Spiritualizing the Physical,,we are getting more into the bod, into this Creative Expression of Beauty,OH and it has to be done with an Attitude of GRATITUDE and joy to be in a physical body.

And I can also say that until I at least started to fall in love with myself,,my twin star beloved and I could not find each other..We crossed paths and places and finally met in the most unlikely place,,My little redneck home town..ah,,aanother kind of story..

Next I am going to learn to tone,humm,let myself sing more as I move. .Another another B beep,,she asks so many questions of everything that I am able to get my questions to my tongue much quicker, then the first 40 yrs of my life.

There goes the 8 o'clock chimes and B is asleep..We both require a lot of space and are graced with a simple home and income..Old enough to do what we want,,which is stay home and anchor the land….

Anyone else out there like this?? That clock is very loud tonight,,everything else and all the critters are snoring,,hmmyawn,,.8:11pm Pacific..I am a slow poster,,ok..yawn,,AND self entertaining..

We have a family Grandmother clock that chimes,,feels good..B fell in love with some chime..and I am wondering about tuning forks and those crystal bowls for tuning the chakras. Have you ever listened to the Chakra Tuning from toning bowls,chimes,chants,,etc??   Some feel very soothing…Used to be  a Crystal Bowl site out of Mt.Shasta on youtube .

Blue for emotional calming.Green for releasing toxins and grief/regrets/being in Nature.

Since I am mostly a sweatpants and flannels kind of gal,,comfort and function.Time for more pie..Thanks for the company,,B is up from her nap and the coffee is my specialitie..

ah,yes the 2nd post attempt is always better for me… thanks d…This morning about sunrise I found myself working with a member of the storm element family. A tiny costly plain looking stone. Sewed  it to a piece of blue material for around the throat,or the 3rd eye.

Phenacite's element is Storm, same as Azezulite. Both work in activating the Light Body, aiding in Interdimentional Travel.

This is just a rough tiny stone so it is likely not as intense as a faceted piece are reported to be..Still it warmed me all over, and settled the buzzy vibrations I am getting in my feet to upper calves,,,down into a relaxing purr.

Just about the time I was ready for be the sun came up with rosy apricot clouds,so we,all the dogs and cats and I, went out to greet it..And I got a big hurray from the stone and was delighted to be.

Then since I wanted to sleep, I set her out in the sun with some similarly inclined stones and crystals.

Very calming stone,,I slept like a rock.

We used emeralds..A rough stone, tumbled, or even try a ring or necklace..Wrap in soft cloth and wear like a headband. Emerald on forehead.

If you don't have emeralds, use any green stones. Translucent is more clearing.Green calcite,etc..

Try the ah,hah test,place hand chakra on stone and press or squeeze to start to energy flow.

If you don't feel much, try the emeralds anyway. We sleep with a headband..Add tumbled selenite,or fluorite to strengthen the clearing.

B wore it last night, also took some echinacea/Goldenseal,,not a lot,just 3 caps twice,the herbs work very well for sensitive folks. It's elemental my dear. And she is eating well and getting her sleeptime. Today I didn't smell it on her..I have a hyper sniffer..

And also test and try the orange calcite directly on the skin in the affected area..If it tends to stick,leave it for a while,,until it sucks out whatever it can..

Orange adventurine is also very drawing.

Today, I need to share how to keep the physical body alive while it is clearing out the old to make way for the new. Think of it like detoxing. Sometimes there is a lot to flush out.

For some of us this process can be life threatening. We literally dehydrate and the body starts to shut down if we do not work with the Element of Water. Without a doubt it is a shocking experience for anyone to go through. In 2006 the first time this happened I did not have the sense to get in the water and soak. My 2007 repeat was much easier when I started to take this seriously.

And since it seems that this process is apparently at this time unexplainable to modern medicine they offer no treatment. This happened to me when I was desperate enough to call 911 for the first and only time in my life. So my ears go up and listen when I hear of anyone struggling like I have done.

Two weeks ago a dear friend's daughter's eyes were so dehydrated that they were bleeding. Off to the the doctors and many tests later, they found nothing that they could treat. She also has been suffering from wkly  Migraines, has developed tunnel vision and flashing lights,,almost 24/7.

Looking at this as symptoms of Shifting, it sounds like extensive brain rewiring

So when she asked what I knew and what to do..I looked on-line for bleeding eyes and found an extreme case. A woman who's feeding tube was removed so she could slowly die..Sigh, Started to bleed from her eyes and it was from dehydration. The doctors said she was not suffering, but I know she did.

Anyway what I knew to say sounded ridiculous, but I have pulled a rabbit out of the hat before and have grown a little more used to sharing the unexplainable when asked to..So I told her to literally go soak her head. Flush her eyes and ears constantly.,.And when she put her head in water, she did indeed feel immediate relief and her eyes stopped bleeding very soon.

Today my friend's eldest son is going through the unexplainable. What I look at as Heavy duty throat and Heart chakra clearing. A lot of stuck energy there.

The clinic were he was tested twice for infection in his throat sent him home yesterday with no antibiotics and no advice, except to just wait for it to pass. They can find no infection or reason for his swollen,bleeding throat,pus filled tonsils..And is to the point where he cannot eat or drink. Has been struggling for weeks waiting for treatment. And his chest is hot,feels strange to him.

So when my friend showed up today to share this crisis. And crisis it is as he is scared and she is worried for his life. She was clearly upset and asking my perspective and any assistance I might offer.

First we went over options for seeking further medical treatment, for it sounds like he at least should be on an I.V. since he cannot get anything down his throat. Like many he has no medical Insurance and goes to a clinic.

There is a Native American Clinic that takes everyone in the next town over, and a better Hospital.Smaller town and more compassionate care. E.R. would be easier to get treated in,I hope.

Meanwhile I offered what I know works for me..WATER..A warm or cool or cold water soaked washcloth over the throat..Whatever feels best to the body. And get him in a steamy bathrm and into a bath, and or shower if he is able to get there.  Running water cupped in the hand chakra over the throat will greatly aid this stuck energy to flow. Very simple.

 I filled my biggest pouch, first with a very old obsidian wand for protection,and then with cool blue celestitie, and then an assortment of what came to my hand,more blue stones and a carnelian,a pink kuntize for around his neck..Not sure what all went in there. ah,kyanite also.

Then in another small purse went my leather wrapped vogal wand, our biggest hunk of rhodochrosite, and a few other small stones.

We hope that the running water, vogal  wand and the stones will at least give him some calming relief.

And she is taking her own found obsidian for him to place at his feet. She carries some in a pouch herself with a few other stones and crystals.

This is the third time someone in my friend's family has had an unexplainable health crisis,that modern medicine cannot find a box for. I hope her son responds as well as the other two did to stones and crystals,,and the Blessed Life giving Element of Water.

I called Cyn, my friend with the son in need, this afternoon, reminded her to eat,,,she is drinking lots of water(we all do) and passed on some advice. Her son is OK..the steroids will give him a reprieve..and he will have to rest,sip broth,,eat when his throat heals a bit,and keep hydrated…My advice was also to keep moving..Can't just lie down, and give up,,need some activity,,,body needs to get some movement..She has gotten him to bathe and shower..The steamy rm is helpful, easier too breathe in moisture..Every little bit helps. He is of course rather miserable still.

If he is open to it, she will try some stones and the Vogal wand this evening…She works 3 jobs,so was at work all day. Cyn has wonderful bubbly, yet calm energy.

I woke up with a thickness in my throat this morning..My mind said,,oh virus..I said, call it what you like,it's stuck energy..I had some ginger rt tea for my tummy (also good for high blood pressure) and ech/Goldenseal tea,,which felt nice, to take care of any virus like stuff. Herbs work well for me. No antibiotics or anything since my experience in 2007..

Tried some stones, finally got in the shower..WELL, I flushed the front of the throat chakra and bam got a mouthful of old gunk up from my throat…And then flushed the back at the base of the skull,,got another yucky hunk and my thick throat was gone…So flush the front and back of your chakras when you have clearing needed,,is what I suggest..

Looks like a full moon coming up tonight..I'll be listening for the local packs of coyotes to start their serenade.
