Tashina,,I could not get an earllier post to on this to go..8+5=13 comes up math incorrect. I had a preety good day..Sunny 68. We have well water that comes from the snow melt off..Lassen park has annual snow fall of 50 to 60 ft..Melts off to filter thru rock layers..Or neighborhood,like many has mutiple wells,one main filtering and treatment water district and a huge backup generator..Cold,clear, sweet. Some hard minerals,a little chemicals,,sigh..added at the treatment center..Almost like melted snow.

Not very hungry today.Feel more active when the sun goes down..Feeling the shifting from the earthquakes.

Was a good day..UPS showed up with the big ben chimes,,aniversary gift,,late..And got an anandalite cluster from phelman-grayson,,also 4 small celestite clusters,,asorted aqua aura beads for pouches.

The cluster is almost a clear faintly tinted blue( spirit quartz-like shaped crystals). We grided with the celestites. Very smooth energy.

Hope I can get this to post,,I keep getting lost in the PM's,,Self taught computer skills,,2 finger typer.

Had refried beans,,added celery,red onion, fresh tomate and lime corn chips..We cycle thru meat, to veggies,and grains..I don't crave sweets much.

Trying  a roll of cinamon rolls and fresh french roast coffee…yawnn,,take care,sage.

Tash, Just tiny quakes here..I think I feel the plates moving and the pressure build up. Cyn B and me all get sore feet and ankles before quakes that affect this plate that butts up to California starts moving. About 24 hrs before it hits/release the pressure,,our feet up to the calves start vibrating…Takes a few days to settle back down. Worse in shifty areas..Maybe where ley lines meet..Check a ley line map,,they intersect about right here.

Maybe we are feeling these lines of energy vibrate with tension?

Had store bought chicken taquitoes and sun chips..About ready for a thick,malty porter from a local/2 counties over/ microbrewery.

  Last night I felt a deep pulse coming up through my base chakra. It started around midnight Pacific Standard Time. Today I was busy cleaning the rugs, and sorting out our rock and crystal friends. We are washing and feeling our way to setting up grids with clusters all over the house..Organizing and structuring,clearing and cleaning our space.

  Same energy as is happening to us on a cellular level. We are literally getting an overhaul and an upgrade throughout all of our bodies. We are anchoring the physical onto/into the Spiritual. Becoming from the inside out and the outside  in..As above so Below..It is within as it is without..yeah,yeah,yeah..

And as I am being reminded..It is a mutual attraction. The Spiritual is becoming Physical at the same time.

 And tonight I am breathing a bliss into my heart that flows crown to my feet, feeling anchored here with Mt.Lassen with a lot of very HAPPy Happy crystals and stones.

Experiencing a rather loud high tone tonight. Very loud after a quiet week which was very busy. I have been taking care of outdoor chores before it settles down to a chilly winter.

We started hearing this yesterday, tonight it is much louder. So checked the solar weather and we have some possible M class activity coming in. Lots of beautiful Northern Lights reported this morning.

I did find a solution to the dry tongue that can be a side effect of the solar. Simply take a mouthful of Olive Oil and hold it in the mouth for up to 15 min.,then spit it out. All the toxins from the Tongue, that white residue/coating will be absorbed by the Olive Oil..so don't swallow it.Works well for long lasting relief.

Also found a suggestion for the tones in the ears that we have yet to try. A certain type of warm herbal oil in the ear canals and massage of the pressure points around the ear..And the use of a sonic or electric toothbrush directly on the area around the ear (bristles out)..Is supposed to break down old scar tissue and calcification in 3 to 5 days of once a day or more.

I have to track down the right herbal oils and give this a try. Already have a sonic toothbrush.

I have not found any stone or crystal that will quiet the tones. However I have found it best to simply rest and sleep through the most intense of these energies and be active when it quiets down. So once again it is easier to be active and alert at night. I compromise and manage enough daylight hrs for the dogs and cats to enjoy door service and get their pets and cuddles.

Time to get some wood off of the porch for the fire and head for bed soon..Take care everyone.Sage

 I very much like that thought. There have been times throughout my life when I have heard greetings from an unseen presences..And had warnings that have been timely and accurate. They were very clear and sometimes loud voices, some masculine and some feminine. All familiar and loving.

 So I will pay closer attention as I am sure they are communicating with me. Would love to get my ears on, finally get fine tuned and fully in touch.

rebeka, I don't get a feeling that anything is wrong.

We did feel the energy shift here, like a wave peaking and then receding. I had energy to spare for most of last wk, especially on Friday and Saturday.. Then I felt very tired on Sunday and am still moving slow today.

So not wrong, just a wave coming through, an ebb and flow. Just go with it and be active when you feel energized and then rest, for the next one.

The odd thing about these waves is that they last an hr.

We notice (I have learned to take notes and compare with others who are also sensitive) a Heart felt energy lasting 5 moments and then a big clearing of the Emotional Body 30 minutes later(if needed). This might include old memories or thought patterns,,and can last 20 minutes..then fades away and then a final 5 minutes of clearing at the end of the Hour.

If it is an Intense wave some tend to sleep, which is easier. If you are already well rested and fed,clear in Emotions and quiet in thought..feeling happy and loving, then this is a time of creativity and inspiration.

The Heart Clearing is gentler if one can hold a heart stone. Rose quartz, Rhodocrosite, Rhodonite, Pink Kunzite, Pink Tourmaline, Pink Opal are all wonderful calming Heart Stones..

Either in the Hand or over the Heart, these stones are very soothing.

Everything comes down to and from Energy. And we are indeed Powerful beings of Energy focusing here in this time and space. Appears to be quite a knack to being Physical, being in our Physical Nature is intense and very Spiritual.

We have the ability to tap into an inner core of Unconditional Love. Takes some practice to quiet the mind, calm the emotions and just be ourselves.

A few moments of contemplation, listening without thought to the video on the home page will do this.

Listen and watch with an intent to feel that deep breathe of life without fear, without worry to race the mind and trouble the heart..Allow yourself to dream of a Kind Loving World beyond vibration..A unified world of Unconditional Love.
