I would like to share somethink  what happened today to me. Maybe it is not only me going true this? I would be very pleased if we could share experiences between us if you wish?

I didn´t do nothink speciall today, just doing my daily  work, meditation etc… but just can´t understand what is going on with me? It may be awakening or the energy coming and our DNA changes like they say?

 

I feel uncomfortable about my body, just want to be in a warm bath al the time,  longing for a place like in a warm womb. The wish to leave this Earth came today for the first time.

I stare some times at the sky and don´t know why? Do you experience this to? 

When I looked at the mirror at myself this afternoon, I couldn´t identify the picture in the mirror with me. It´s that me?   I am different than before? I don´t know why? When I walked later on the street, some people passed and I looked at them and taught,  they  could be me. I could be them. What is what make us different/separate than?

When I was in the supermarket  doing shopping and waiting to pay, looked at the people around me and I felt: we are all connected, I just knew there are invisible connections between us, that we are all together forming one big picture. I also didn´t feel that each person is an individual. That was  an revelation for me.  And the main feeling came, that we are all like the seeds of an sunflower connected together as one consciousness. That felt like an relief. After leaving the supermarket I was just about to ask someone if she feels the same. But I controlled myself and did not do. If this is  still going on  tomorrow, I may have  courage and ask others. I was just so curious if other people  experience this to?

I really don´t invent this and I feel for the rest OK, working  with meditations every day and doing y daily tasks..

I  am working hard, getting more and more routine on my daily trips outthere. Some new questions arrived since Yesterday, there is no hurry with the answer, but when you feel OK I am looking forward to hear your feedback.

 

When I go on trip with my soul the last 3 days I was pulled to some far place and some voice told me I am home, this is the place I came from. It felt really like I am home. Peacefull, loving beeings around me. When I asked where  I am, the voice told me in the center of Milkway galaxy where I came from to the Earth to help. It told me that my name is Zeta. I asked who is talking to me than. It said your soul. My question is: can I talk to my soul when I go on trip or go so far like center of Milkway galaxy or is this a trick? I am trying to find it myself  out. For example when i want to come back and form the intention to return to the Earth. I see planets passing and the end the Earth from up. If that's true, I almost can't believe that this is possible. That we can travel somewhere very far and be there in a minute?

My main questions are: can I talk to my soul when I am on the trip? Can I travel to the center of Milkway galaxy in 1 minut?

 

There are also coming with me the bath and deer. The voice (my soul?) told me that the bath is my animal totem. It's pritty nice when I go on journey with them. The deer could just suddenly stop and listen and telling me be quiet. Somethink is approaching. Than I would feel somethink is passing by and I have to be very neutral. She also tells me that she  could never lie to me, the Aliens do lie sometimes but in generally want to help people, they like me very much . I should not get  a  fight with them. They are very powerfull. Some of them incarnate into humans, becouse they have problems to be fisical on the Earth.  They need people…One time I  questioned somethink Alien told me and he left  telling me: “I don't want to talk about that.”

What a relief the deer is helping me on my journeys outthere . It seems everythink comes on time when you need it. Also I discovered that  i can get very quickly into altered state with squint,  looking intens with my  both eyes  towards my nose.  Sometimes when I get an communication with other beeing to be able to decode the meassage I automatically start to squint. It  became a kind of a habbit. I think that is OK to do? I am wondering if someone else hase the same experience?

You are your soul, so of course you can talk to it as it is yourself.  

Trust your instincts.  Don't worry about being right or wrong in your experiences, because they are just that…YOUR experiences and you should not need to know if others are experiencing what you are experiencing…it has no value to you.

If you are truly in an altered state and traveling, you are doing so in pure form and don't even have eyes…so you couldn't squint if your life depended on it.

Learn not to rely on your physical body's senses.  You have to begin to know things without letting your mind/ego control you.

Keep working on it…you are making progress.

If you don´t mind I post some quick question. I hear manny times from the beeings talking with me  about me going to the The Seventh Land. I try to figure out what it is but don´t know? Is that some place outhere or just the seventh continent?

Who knows what they mean?  You would have to ask them.  It is very possible that the term “7th Land” is their term for beyond vibration.  

They will tell you when they want you to know that information.

Again, don't ask questions such as “why”, etc. as that is a question of the mind/ego.

Just let it come as it is supposed to.

Last night I was in that in between state, not fully awake , when in my minds eye this beautiful purple color developed ,the color looked like a heavy mist it filled the whole area that I was looking at and then a face appeared for just a second, I wasn't expecting a face and I was startled , it happened so fast , the face looked like the Egyption jackel. My question … how do you get past being startled, I wasn't afraid just not expecting it?? Have you seen this purple mist ?? I have a feeling that this is important., am I right in thinking this?

No, I haven't seen a purple mist per se, but I see so much I may have forgotten it.

You received information that was within that mist, so yes it was important for you as you gained knowledge. 

The more you do it, the less startled you are by anything truly different.  It just takes experience and having no fear of the unknown.

You are doing fine.

It's been over a year since I posted anything on this thread. I kept thinking I would have something worth sharing, something that is helpful and witty..However the best of what I have learned this last year is about feeling, not thinking.

My doors of perception open when I am in extreme distress, they blast wide open and it is not a sane or comfortable feeling. Overwhelming is an understatement.

This year I have been focusing on cultivating a feeling of deep inner peacefulness. I know this feeling and it is a gentle opening to perception that I have experienced before. Perception in this state of being feels like being immersed in a loving peaceful wave on energy, a loving awareness that has guided me safely out of potentially physically dangerous places.

So my goal has been an acceptance of feeling/perceiving energy shifting, even though it does not feel normal or comfortable. An acceptance that this may be the new normal for me.

Quite a few of my friends and family members are experiencing waves of energy, seeing, hearing more then is considered normal this last year or so.

Best I can share is to be as loving as possible, stay calm,relax,sleep when needed, eat what you crave..
